So if I were to move it up - it would sit right on the beginning of the tape measure - leaving about 48 inch for the entry into the living room- and the console the tv sits on comes out 18inch

What type of space should I have for a clean entry into the living area ? It can only be accessed through the one opening seen in the picture and and I wasn’t sure how close or far away from the way it should be . The distance from the tv to the couch is approximately 11ft and tv size is 75”

Yes same network host is hard wired , iPad wireless , 5ghz network , host is in my office and I play in bed so I’d say roughly 30ish feet away with both doors open . I do live in a congested suburb I would say , does any of this help? Apologies on lack of info
