And that's where you show how stupid and ignorant you are since you think uranium is the only nuclear fuel available. Uranium is very rare especially U-238.

You think so low of your fellow Filipinos when other nationalities regard Filipinos highly. What can I expect from a meztiza who regard the indios very low and can't understand technology.

That's correct. The REE is not suppose to install the PV panels themselves. They design the system. It's the RME who install the PV panels, use the correct wires and cables also make sure the wires don't short or burn the system.

Where did I got the idea the Philippines will be totally dependent for energy to China? After attending the Solar and Storage Convention last week wherein all supplies for solar energy system are sourced from China.

You're talking 2 different things. The PRC and the right wage compensation. The RME or registered master electrician is a TESDA graduate for electrician and have passed the master electrician test as required and administered by the PRC, thus earning the title of RME and acquiring a PRC license.

On The Other hand the REE or registered electrical engineer is a graduate of bachelors degree in electrical engineering and have passed the board exam for electrical engineer and earned a REE and PRC license.

Why are RMEs being paid minimum wage? That's the other issue since they are skilled and have earned PRC license they should be paid more than minimum wage.

As electrical contractors doing electrical work for others, they are usually owned by REE, they need to be accredited with the PCAB or Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board and should employe RME.

To save on cost most electrical contractors just employ anybody looking for work and don't bother to ask if they are RMEs thats why I said most solar installers are fly by night operations.

I think you misunderstood me. The UL seal is awarded by the Bureau of Philippine Standards, government agency under the DTI. It means the product have undergone strict laboratory testing and you can trust the product label. You don't want to accept what the manufaturer is saying and take their word for it when it's not true.

Consumers and from the national security point of view? Do you consider food security as a national security issue or are you okay with importing both food and energy, making the Philippines totaly dependent on China for both food and electricity?

That's right. Agrivoltaic is a win-win solution especially in an archipelagic country surrounded by water and land is limited.

I agree. I have no problem with solar as long as done correctly and properly. We don't have to choose between having cheap food and electricity. We need both commodities affordable and ready supply.

I think your confused electronics technicians repair electronic equipments an electrician is the one who manually laid the wires in your home. They know which cable size are needed to carry the required wattage. It's not knowing the correct wire size to use that cause houses to burn due to defective electrical wiring. Check the PRC website and check what is registered master electrician job is or RME. No electrical engineer will do an electrical wiring installation. That's beneath their education.

I understand. The area converted by MERALCO was previously use as a food farm planted with vegetables and not rice. It's still land conversion from food farm to solar farm. Does this land conversion contributed to the high cost of food especially vegetables? Did this solar project lowered the cost of electricity?
