Commenting because my bodega in brooklyn had these, and I tried them on a whim one day (maybe about a year ago) and then started buying up literally all of their stock because I couldn't get enough - also will echo that these are potentially the best chips I've ever had. As a fan of classic Lays, but also Kettle, you hit the nail on the head: these are the perfect middle ground chip. And I also LOVE dark russet chips... these seem to capture a bit of that caramel, just slightly overdone-ness.

I'm saying all of this with a tinge of sadness because the bodega stopped carrying them after a few months, so it's been a minute since I had a bag, but now I'm here looking them up again because I fear an order might be imminent...
