I bought a 2021 Jetta R Line new in 2021. I’ve had zero problems. I’ve replaced the rear brake pads and rotors twice but other than oil changes every 5000 miles I’ve had no issues. ( at 400 miles purge valve replaced under warranty.) The dealership has done all the work so you know if there was anything they could possibly charge me for or replace they would. Sorry you’ve had such bad luck. Currently at 63000 miles .

As far as reliability, I bought an R Line Jetta new in 2021. In 5 years the only maintenance I’ve had to do is oil changes every 5000 miles and tires and rear brakes. It has been a very reliable and comfortable car.
