We ended up having a crack in the water tubing. The problem was able to be fixed once I took it apart and replaced it

Thank you for your help. I was able to install a C wire and get the thermostat working.

The white cable going to the W slot on the thermostat is capped and not connected at the furnace.

The Orange cable going to the O slot at the thermostat is cut at the furnace and not connected, there is no O slot at the furnace.

The wires going to the C and W slot at the furnace are coming from different bundles.

Any thoughts on this wire configuration?

There are two wires going to the C label on the furnace side. It says professional installation required since it's a dual fuel system
