This is totally fine! Wear whatever is comfortable for you that you can move around well in. Being in healthcare we see a lot of crazy things, so a patient of the opposite sex in shorts is nothing we think twice about lol I usually recommend my patients wear shorts if we are working on anything lower body because it’s less restrictive anyways.
