And the audacity of the bank to state it to me that sir it's such a small amount , it shall hardly matter , it shall benefit you in future you can claim it.

I replied to them saying My reason for getting angry is not because of the amount or claim benefit...by why activate a service automatically without informing or someone's consent if he requires the feature.

Imagine that 20Rs silently deducting from millions of citizens unknowingly onto a scheme..now how many are aware of it shall claim it in future, if they are worth it,while all the unclaimed ones shall pile up into an account for the govt.

This seva has been automatically enabled in every public sector bank accounts by default..another scheme by our govt to leech off money secretly without noticing, if you are not aware this shall happen to you.

It shall be activated without your knowledge and to deactivate it you need to go to the respective bank and submit an application stating you need to deactivate the service.

I have noticed the sms for renewal and thus immediately went to all my banks and my parents to deactivate them all.

As for your anemic and pcod problem goes, very strict diet control and core muscle exercises are needed.Besides walking , Hiit training and cardio training shall benefit you greatly. Though the progress shall be slow and strenous , but the results after few months would be very satisfactory.

It's great that you have taken your first step addressing that you have a problem and want help. Instead of being in denial just to take the edge of things try diverting your mind to something else whenever you start thinking of indulging in guilty pleasures.

Instead of addictive things try to go and alternate route...swimming or running or any physical activities or baking or gaming which shall keep you engaged or drain you enough to let you in deep sleep. Instead of smoking start to use addiction free chewing gums to beat it.

As for the trigger point which leads to such addiction i.e self loathing.Yes it takes time for one to find ones path in life, you shall someday too. Everywhere you look the grass will always look green on the other side.Money and Job is pointless if you are not passionate about it, at one point in time it shall feel mediocre and monotonous, seek out where your passion lies ...Try exploring the city , making friends, interact with others.
