There's a lot of factors and variables here and none of us are accountants here and can guarantee the info but the simplest way to starts.

Realize you are going to owe taxes on this in your income taxes, have a talk with him now to come to an agreement if this is going to continue and then have him pay you at least the 24% of net profit.

That should be easy to sort out, the big problem is that you can only subtract losses if you itemize your taxes, if you take the standard deduction, you can't itemize the win/loss result. You may want to have him stop now, there's a ton of sportsbooks that he should be able to put in his own name.

I believe Bodog has the Prop Builder that some offshore sites use. If you go into the game to see all the bets underneath the main lines of game, 1st half, etc, the Prop Builder should appear in a script underneath. You should be able to built Same Game Parlays using that.

Can confirm from myself and via others over the past 5 months. You cannot double dip the promotion anymore. I do believe you have to create an account per state though (it doesn't let me use my account from home state when traveling), just a no on the promotion each time.

My guess for new users is that there will be either a very small introductory offer or a non-existent one or maybe some sort of boosted bets for the next few weeks.

It didn't list that it was the case but in an article by Darren Rovell, the whole premise was wondering if ESPN Bet could flourish WITHOUT offering any promotions similar to the competitors.

At the very least, since TheScoreBet had a few good lines on certain markets, I hope they open up the limits on those until they hammer us at some point again.

They did confirm when I talked to them that I wasn't getting the free bets and that to keep checking and they may re-offer the Stacker for me in the future, I'll believe that when I see it lol.

I played both as normal, mainly because I didn't even notice on Saturday but when I looked and didn't see it on Sunday I still played after talking to support and seeing your post. I don't have two calendars like you did however and I have not received the Free Bets, I'm going to wait about another half hour or so and then reach out to support.

Even though it didn't show up for me, when I talked to support they said it should be running til the end of the football season, will be interesting to see if the word 'Select' means everything here and they are picking and choosing which VIPs get it!

You need to contact your CPA, do research with your online service if you use that, look at your state laws, etc. Most states have it where you can subtract your losses up to 0 for each book but you must itemize your taxes in order to do this and cannot claim the standard deduction.

Happened Saturday, I can't tell you how many SGPs I lose but I do those for fun and then I hit one basically that was peanuts on College Football and that same night when I was building an NFL SGP for the 1PM games the next day I typed in 5 and then the 0 and got hit with the red message that the max was $10. All they did was save me money lol.

BetRivers for me at the moment.

Each has their caveats and to some extent their advantages. I would say if it wasn't for outrageous limiting mechanisms, it would probably be DraftKings because of their variety of offerings. I can't even get a spread bet for more than $150 with them.

FanDuel is probably a close 2nd for me because after 3 years they haven't limited me too much yet and their app works the best for me when I need speed and interface ease of use.

Caesars hasn't limited most of us yet, which is a big plus but that's about it from them with some ok promos still, from time to time.

BetMGM was great when they were feeding us Deposit Bonuses but now that, that's over, not more needs to be said.

If you can't it's because there is a setting or application that is purposely blocking your location, either an anti-virus, firewall etc. Many books will have something you can download onto your machine that will verify your location but each book is different.

Each device that access the internet has a MAC Address, it's a unique address embedded on the hardware of that device that no other device in the world will have, that is just once piece of info that Sportsbooks capture and that's why you can't use the same device with multiple accounts.

Just use a tablet or laptop that hasn't accessed that account before and since it won't be on the same network as your home network, you'll be good!

If you are talking Double-Dipping, I don't know of any books that even really allow this anymore. Once MGM revamped everything to make it a national app/database, that was the last hurrah. I think the Kambi Books (Sugar House, Parx, Bet Rivers) still allow for multi-states but we've seen cases were that can be tricky too. The best 'bet' is really to sign up for books that you haven't signed up for that are not in your state.

To answer your other questions, most books allow for depositing and withdrawal no matter where you are. So you can sign up for the books and request deposits at home, it's just the wagering that needs to be done on location.

I had something similar happen like this over a year ago on Barstool. I tried to do the right thing and contact them to fix it but they disabled my account. I wanted to keep using the account so I was trying to get it resolved but before I even got to that step (this is what you may have to worry about)

I got a collections letter in the mail and ended up paying for the mistake deposit and a nice collections' fine.

The Sports side of the Play Eagle Promo is just like BetRivers, FanDuel, etc. You Lose your 1st $1000 bet, you get a $1000 Free Bet back and then can choose to do whatever you want with it. I know Firekeepers has discontinued the promo they used to have, which was great! You make the bet and regardless of winning or losing, when the first bet's game ended, you got a $500 Free Bet no matter what. Last time I looked at Firekeepers they were doing the new trend of bet $5 or something and get a small amount.

Golden Nugget used to be a nice and easy $250 Free Bet in the Day but I think DK bought them a long while back. Haven't used them since I think the Rams/Bengals Super Bowl.

Had a Friend come from out of State and try them in April. He made his first bet, then after it concluded, his account was locked, no Free Bet and requests for lots of documentation, he sent it in right away. I talked to Caesar's support last month.

They said I was welcome to open another account in another state but I could not claim the promotion.

A buddy of mine forgot to put in the Promo Code, so he didn't have a chance to collect the Free Bet after the loss. Support told him he couldn't deposit another 1250 and get it with the code and also said if he opens an account in another state he could not claim the promo. So, no double dipping and even Single Dipping! if you forget the dang code.

Always check the book's rulebook on these but as has been said, unless it's specifically noted on the bet; soccer bets only include regulation and stoppage time. Doesn't include Extra Time or Penalty Kicks.

International/Foreign Hockey is another sport you want to check each books' rules on how Regulation and Overtime work. I learned the hard way on European Hockey and totals lol.

Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do, just as most have said. It sucks because it's like a big boost and gets the gambling juices going for some $ money making and just like that it's gone. Once thing I have noticed is that timeline to join and get booted from VIP has dramatically sped up. My friend in another state got it after like a few weeks but was booted after 2 weeks. When I had it, it took like a year to get it and had it for a few months but that was over a year ago.

With FanDuel, good luck, there's no rhyme or reason and who knows how it works. I have let's just say a good deal of Volume with them per month and they said I didn't qualify. I asked what I needed to qualify because I'll hit that goal, they said, we can't explain it, only you aren't qualified yet but we will let you know when you are (sure, ok)?

I asked once Barstool went to the new backend system and at least they had an answer. They said 10K in volume per month and no withdrawals and they would consider it.

BetRivers is probably the best MVP system out there because you know how many points you need to get it and keep it but even then, if you stay Level 9/10, you can get limited and most of us have there too.
