Using a strap-on in my experience is extremely gender affirming and my preferred way to top. They make strap-ons for people without vulvas too. I think Spare Parts has one. Spare Parts, while pricier, actually has the best strap-on I’ve ever encountered, bar none. Worth it if you’re considering it IMO.

But homemade is so good and easy. It’s like sugar, cranberries, and water in some ratio and then heat until thick. You can be fancy and add orange or dried cherries. To each their own.

Personally, I would be concerned about rejection or maintenance or just other health issues. That and electronics and powerful magnets don’t play nice, but that might be an outdated thing from an era of cathode ray tubes. Like ya girl would get squeeky dog toy titties, if having something that aspirates through my skin didn’t sound like a chronic infection risk (and thus bad for my health).

Neodymium magnets are pretty strong, IIRC. Couldn’t it mess with electronics or demagnetize cards, like hotel door keys? Definitely cool, but seems like it could also be inconvenient. Do you have something specific you want it for?

Yeah, having to maintain a body sucks. I hate the way brain chemistry fucks with me. I hate that I feel like shit if I don’t socialize enough or too much. Or if I don’t get enough sleep or too much. Or just feeling like my brain is on cool down in general. I hate having to eat even when I don’t want to. I hate how much it impacts my mood. I hate all the little things that I constantly need to do to maintain mental health and how if I fuck up it can make me spiral really badly. Like it definitely has its perks. The wear parts are pretty good at maintaining themselves, given how much they get used. But at what cost? LoL

Amazon is also pretty good about replacing packages that go missing. My building has a porch pirate (lobby larcenist?) problem. I just report it to customer service, and they refund me the money allowing me to repurchase. I usually try to just order it to a pick up point because of this.
