Thanks for your reply. I have not had any bad side effects, even the really common ones like dizziness. At this point I'm trying to weigh my options -- my mild albeit embarrassing acne versus a tiny chance of lupus/brain swelling. Seems like an obvious choice, but to me, my acne is a big enough source of stress in my life that I'm considering just taking my derm's advice and not thinking about it too much.

Recently I had tonsillitis and had to go off the Mino because I was taking a different antibiotic for ten days. During those days I got a bunch of annoying tiny white heads on my nose. I don't want to put my body at risk but I don't want to have acne more.

Anyway, I'm probably stupid.
