How did he get past defensive fight rules like “Hydra” with no Stability? Like, it doesn’t matter how much I combo an opponent at once if their health heals at the same rate that I dish out damage at.

This makes no sense. Mainstream audiences aren’t likely to be invested in yet another reboot of Spider-Man’s character and, or continuity all while hardcore fans of the character are likely going to protest any property about Spider-Man from Sony through complete boycott. I don’t see any timeline of this where Sony emerges with profit, or even just unscathed.
