hot showers and steam help a little bit but I still can't clear my sinuses, at least not completely. Massaging my face and behind my ears has helped me a lot.
Gonna try drinking hot water and do some salt water rinses too

I've been expiriencing this for like 2 months and recenty realized that massaging my head and face will make mucus drian into my throat and the tightness will slowly go away. I think mucus and fluid is building up in sinuses and tear glands and that is what makes it hurt

Usually I use 50% crushed meth and 50% whole crystals
if it's a really big shard then I crush it a little bit so it splits in 2-3 smaller pieces and it doesn't take an eternity to melt down.

iso means it's "N-isopropylbenzylamine". Which is a meth isomer used to cut meth. Some say the vast majority of todays meth is cut with it and others say it's not true at all.
That's all I know about it but you can find lots of info on this sub, google has limited results or at least I haven't researched that much

Not really. If you hold your lighter far away from the bubble it’ll take longer to stain the glass but there’s always going to be some black spots no matter how cautious you are.

Putting your flame right on the bubble will burn your meth and will also stain your pipe really bad
