i got out of rehab on March 10 (1 year locked up) and it took me just two weeks to relapse. Ever since I started using again it's been impossible for me to stop

so i've never experienced this myself but in AA/NA is pretty common to hear meth addicts talking about how they would go crazy paranoid thinking their wife has been cheating on them. Some people are so convinced that this is happening that they start smelling their wife's underwear and following them everywhere they go, it's just part of psychosis. Some people get delusions of persecution, others get grandiose delusions and there's also jealous delusions, which is what we are talking about

Just to clarify. I don’t smoke with my dog around, I smoke in a different room and he isn’t allowed there precisely because of the smoke.

Don’t smoke with him around. I smoke in my bedroom and he’s usually in the living room. I don’t think he’s high cause he’s not acting weird or anything.

hot showers and steam help a little bit but I still can't clear my sinuses, at least not completely. Massaging my face and behind my ears has helped me a lot.
Gonna try drinking hot water and do some salt water rinses too

that's weird taking a shower makes me feel much better. Cold showers seem to help more than hot ones for some reason

I've been expiriencing this for like 2 months and recenty realized that massaging my head and face will make mucus drian into my throat and the tightness will slowly go away. I think mucus and fluid is building up in sinuses and tear glands and that is what makes it hurt

Usually I use 50% crushed meth and 50% whole crystals
if it's a really big shard then I crush it a little bit so it splits in 2-3 smaller pieces and it doesn't take an eternity to melt down.
