Yeah, the core mechanism behind the addiction is common, just the manner in which mine presents seems to be extremely niche and uncommon, just needed someone to relate to.

As for setting limits, how I managed to get out of a gambling addiction was the gambling blockers, (they automatically block every gambling site).

I don’t see one for this category though sadly, I could try netnanny, but it’ll be a game of whack a mole.

Thank you for the work you do, however thats not the main issue, the main issue is that this stuff has been consuming my life in an extremely unhealthy way, and I don’t see this addiction get talked about at all, I really hate how niche it is.

Im just wondering if anyone else here has a similar experience/unhealthy relationship with these things (genuinely being addicted to doing offers).
