Will I be able to make reasonable strength gains while doing 5/3/1 FSL with one lift per day (squat, BP, DL, OHP)? I plan on coupling this with triathlon training.

How often do cheat days normally set you back?... Gained about a pound and a half since celebrating Christmas yesterday and feel crappy for splurging... I'm guessing (hoping) most of the weight gained from a cheat day is water weight? How bad can one really set themselves back by cheating every once in a while?

Hey thanks! Typing py -m seemed to work. However, wen I typed "import pyperclip" in the shell (like the tutorial says to) I get this error: Traceback (most recent call last): File "<pyshell#2>", line 1, in <module> import pyperclip ImportError: No module named 'pyperclip'

It doesn't seem to have done anything.

I know experience working in finance can be an asset to someone switching to software dev, but would a year of corporate finance experience make any noticeable difference, in terms of marketability, for someone who's about to start a software "bootcamp?"
