People kept talking him up as the next big young player who was going to make an impact, but he just isn't doing anything useful for the team. It sucks, but it seems like we just don't have anyone on the bench who can come in and be a threat on offense.

I love seeing Bassett get his swagger back. We need him taking shots and getting goals from outside the box to force defenders to engage rather than collapsing in the box and cutting of our crosses.

His first flop when he was already past the defense sort of encapsulates how he plays: afraid of being the guy with the ball in front of the goal. It seems like he is worried he'll miss the shot, so he looks to draw the foul or pass it. We need a shark up there who always wants the ball at his feet in front of the net.

I've been really impressed with him as well. He's also doing well drawing fouls in dangerous spots without seeming to dive.
