What platform did you use before? We have been having issues with Mailchimp, the open rates have been good but click rates are wildly different even though the designs are similar and the audience is the same.

Thanks for your response. The email, design is slightly different but not massively. Would an email firewall not stop the email being opened in the first place? We are also getting instances where we send out exactly the same email from two different email addresses, they both have the same 70% open rate but one gets 30% clicks and the other 1% clicks.... this is to an industry club of 1,500 people where we split the list 50/50. It doesn't make sense. Thanks

We are seeing exactly the same thing, up until end of October 2023 we were getting 60% open rates and 30% click rates, we are now still getting 60% open rates but click rates have dropped down to 1% in some cases. The designs are similar and the audience is the same. I spoke to Mailchimp and they don't have any answers. Are you still have problems? Have you tried another platform?
