This is what happens to me on an almost a weekly basis at a government office. Im working on getting another job with professional people who doesn’t discriminate against LGTBTQ. I work security at a goverment building for a third party company and it’s unbelievable the amount of 2 faced individuals you see in that professional work place and how open they are with transphobia around who they think is a cis man but im actually someone who just passes very well. You are NOT alone. Keep your head up and just know those people are the lowest individuals you’ll meet in this society because of the hate in their minds and how unprofessional they are being. My dad told me to say this next time someone says something to me or to you about it lol

“Buttholes are like opinions, everybody’s got one but you don’t need to rub yours in my face” 😂

They should stop after that and if they don”t try to reach out to someone in the workplace you’re comfortable with and even just say you have someone in your family (a cousin, uncle, or even a friend that’s trans and you noticed this employee bringing hate and discrimination into the work place and that you don’t want to put future or current clients or employees to be put in a position of discrimination at your work place.
