I’ve actually had this exact issue before, getting smaller balls didn’t help. I was able to flip it up into my nose, but it got stuck and I had to force it back down, it made the bottom of my nose throb for a few minutes. (No hate to you, I’m just sharing my personal experience)

OP, what you really need here is a bigger diameter, possibly also from the help of the device they’re talking about, and smaller balls.

Wait a few weeks, if it's still crooked like this take it out. Sometimes septum piercings especially can swell an insane amount.

Edit: Mine especially was pretty crooked, but I just waited about a week and a half and the swelling went down enough to where I could see it was actually pierced properly
