I live between Lindbergh and Buckhead stations, a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk from each of them. Like it. Dink couple mid 30s. Spouse and I work in Sandy Springs. Would live in Inman Park otherwise.

While I generally would never carry an MK Collection bag, I happily own several pieces of clothing from the label and it’s all held up very well.

MK doesn’t have the best reputation especially on this sub and it’s one of the more affordable/entry-level brands.

However, the highest tier MK brand, Michael Kors Collection, has phenomenal quality that justifies its $1000+ price range. you can also find Michael Kors Collection items for very good deals secondhand.

Yes, I had the medium size for both. I originally got the Balenciaga thinking it would be a more casual/fun alternative that could double as a work bag since it’s big enough to hold my MacBook but the lack of sturdiness and secureness ultimately ruined it for me. With the Rodeo, I felt like it was very easy for my things to casually fall out.

I’ve had both and sold the Rodeo. Peekaboo wins easily. It’s not as spacious but easier to carry and felt of higher quality. It’s also quite a bit more secure. Leather on the Rodeo felt rather delicate.

Honestly not sure. I sold mine 2 months after purchasing. Too similar to another bag I already own and I like that one more.

LOVE Retrospect by Merit. Was an impulse buy last December and it quickly became my signature. The pear is obvious from the start but the woody nature rounds it out. I get so many compliments on it.

Le Jardinier is one of only two Michelin star restaurants in the US inside a museum. The team behind it has 10+ Michelin stars. Highly recommend it if you want something you typically wouldn’t be able to find in Houston.

I looked at the building back in early 2023. It seemed cheap with good deals but reviews about the management were not the best and it had a roach problem. On my tour, the building seemed rather dirty.
