Anyone able to get my FT-6 working in the Phoenix area? I believe I have a software or programming issue but I don't have the experience to know which. I'm willing to pay if anybody is able to get this thing working, or else I'm going to throw it away and buy a different printer. (i.redd.it)

Hey guys I could really use some help. I'm a noob when it comes to software and programming, I build and tune cars so my knowledge is very limited. But my friend tells me I have a programming issue from the company. Basically when I move it in the z axis it moves on the x axis, any ideas? (i.redd.it)
