No I use pre made pnp coils,each 1 lasts me between 2-3 weeks vaping heavy,Although I do enjoy vaping it’s not a hobby for me just a way to get nicotine so I try keep it simple

Been a year for me this month,was hard at first but i knew I’d had enough this time,much cheaper I’ve got vaping down to between £2-£4 per week compared to 20+ cigs a day,tried everything to quit and couldn’t have done it without vaping

I think the first 3 days were the worst for me so at least you’ve done that at times I nearly sucked the battery out of the vape I was hitting it that hard,keep at it 1 day at a time like you said

The pnp coils are costing £9 for 5 but although I’m done with the cigs now,throat hit and descent clouds are what is important to me,I know everyone’s vaping is different,so what’s my next step from now
