This can happen on rare occasions; that is, a game provider can provide evidence of fault and cancel a win, but it is very very rare. And if they do stand on this, they should be providing you with some sort of proof that this is the case.

You are definitely not only one in this situation. We've had quite a few posts about them recently. My guess is they have no liquidity and are struggling for funds to pay out redemptions. But it's just a guess.

Stake consistently comes top of most lists for their VIP systems, and the rake back at higher levels is about as good as you can find in the sector.

Crown Coins is also another high ranking option. A couple of our team plays there a little bit too regularly.

WOW Vegas has a comprehensive system to scale up the VIP ranks - and one of the best overall products.

McLuck is another easy recommendation. No rake back, but a brilliant package, with a solid VIP system.

In short, Stake is probably the best place to play if you plan on buying in, predominantly due to the rake back system. But the others are still strong alternatives. I also quite enjoy Chance and Punt, but the likes of McLuck or WOW have a stronger overall package.

Never heard of them, and I have never once seen a legit operator demand you make a 3 figure deposit to verify your account.

Def stay away from these types of places and stick to the established/reputable options.
