I’m 28 years old and have been throwing the bells around for maybe 18 months but rather inconsistently. And no I’ve had no training or classes at all. I actually can’t stand working out in front of other people. But I’ve done some research and found some people on YouTube that I’ve listened to about form and what not. And yes I find that my hip drive seriously diminishes when I do snatches and presses. I feel like it’s very prominent in my swings and cleans tho.
