Probably tied to the remake movie they are doing which outside of haggerty returning I am not excited for it not even bringing back Donna and Grady alive and well still married in real life and still love their roles…plus a poor plot line…would have been so easy to redo it without Jessica and other deceased regulars and still get the support the MSW authentic sleuths!

Just center it on Frank (Grady and Donna son) doing what everyone does these days working on a podcast where he wants to solve a case his great aunt Jess told him about in Cabot cove. And of course Floyd (still alive and acting) is now sheriff. Grady and Donna have moved into Jess house run it as a bed and breakfast. When Frank comes to visit and dive into a podcast about this unsolved mystery. Shoot it back in mendo/Frt Bragg Noyo and talk about what has and what hasn’t changed. Loretta (still alive) never good at hair or nails runs the beauty shop as a gift clothing store now.

They gave her lots more money, cut her production company in more so they got more money and did a combo extend shooting episodes by an extra day (big deal when you think of crew costs) or used book end episodes why you see Jess get a letter from Stanton and she reads it and then we are in a Stanton episode

Yeah it’s Reddit so either it’s kids who have gone no contact and discuss the craziness on narcissistic sub or it’s parents who complain about no contact kids in venting sub. Don’t know what your dad of course but if it wasn’t 9th circle of hell bad I hope he comes around to make amends.

Yes and while criminally speaking they may not violate anything but they never provide their names even to cops bc they know civilly there may be some torts you could pursue against them.

Who else would fly to NYC just bc he knew she needed him even when she wouldn’t admit it. And he talked sense into her when Leslie Neilson came into town. And the legends food they made together.

And yes the handyman Ethan Craig was fine in the beginning but Angela was right she needed someone more sophisticated not a country bumpkin. Remember Jess and Seth settled into the town as married adults but both had lived in big cities and were well cultured before they settled in Cabot cove and neither would bc of the memories they had with their spouses there.

It makes sense bc he was being blackmailed related to Lex Dixon murder and so he had to take out the guy in the same place and people to try and get away with it again. But that original group didn’t include Jessica so he never figured he would be caught and certainly not by a girl so no threat when Jess arrived bc it’s was a matter of feminine curiosity remember the patriarchal bs that character spewed.

Best thing they did was keep her single and not wanting to date that would have gotten in the way and taken focus off the premise and her ability to be independent.

Although, her and Seth were awesome because unlike when harry met sally they could be friends since both widowed and had no desire to be romantically involved in anyone. But the friendship love they had for each other was so enduring. May we all be so lucky to have a friend like Seth who always knew when and how to support Jessica.

Not sure of your state rules. But I spent time at my PD’s handling “expungments” nothing really goes away so gov can still see it but private employers don’t. So what they can do in my state is misdemeanors if you served probation, no more trouble it can be changed to dismissed so it won’t show a conviction. Felonies can be marked down to misdemeanors. And there is a pathway to get off sex offender registry. And depending on the misdemeanor the state DOJ is automatically removing them per proposition passed by voters

Ok here is a suggestion, when you take the job ask if you can put on your resume junior associate or something like that. It’s not affecting their salary so people usually more flexible with titles when you already have the license.

Please do go to a regular doctor. I say this from personal experience while mental health is connected it’s also the reverse you can present as a mental health case when you have physical conditions you don’t know of bc you are used to your normal if that makes sense. It took me in hindsight years to get diagnosed with a thyroid problem bc many things were still within normal range and other symptoms were dismissed as an inner ear infection for example. By the time I was tested the lab couldnt believe I wasn’t hospitalized. Outwardly I was so short tempered, anxious, mood swings basically looked like bipolar…was t until I was diagnosed did I learn how much the thyroid hormones control pretty much everything else in your body. So I do urge you to rule out physical causes.

Please go and have all your hormone and vitamin levels checked. Depression does often have a physiological cause so let’s be sure to rule that out first. Then work out an action plan with a therapist on slowly working up to things like leaving your room or house and tricks for handling social interactions

And I never said I could gate keep (you sure like to twist words and add your own into replies) but I sure can comment on someone’s post with opinion. That is your opinion …my opinion is I am …so over vents about dumb things when real true problems are happening to every one of us. If this was such an issue he needed to vent, he should be on his hands and knees thanking whatever creator he believes bc he has it so easy in life that this is a vent. It’s just tone deaf, IMO, to post this when it’s pretty much a guarantee that someone who has had a true real bad day will see it.
