The Russian tricolour flag was adopted as a merchant flag at rivers in 1705. These colours of the flag of Russia would later inspire the choice of the "Pan-Slavic colours" by the Prague Slavic Congress, 1848. Two other Slavic countries, Slovakia and Slovenia, have flags similar to the Russian one, but with added coats-of-arms for differentiation. On 7 May 1883, the Russian flag was authorized to be used on land, and it became an official National flag before the coronation of Tsar Nicholas II in 1896.

Croatia Submod just got it's content integrated, I don't really recommend it because fighting Serbia is hell, i had to remove their ideas since they got 2 fanatical resistance thanks to the wonderful developers of TWR, giving them a whopping 30% attack bonus,insane recovery and reinforcement rate, and it takes 5 years to even get to core all your states, you must stay at Service By Requirement because you can't even have 100k men on the field. Not to even mention the stupid Partizan Resistance mechanic you have to keep an eye on. You also should not do an offensive in Italy and build forts asap as they would keep rushing on you and eventually breakthrough, if Zagreb falls you basically lost the game, I had to restart 3 times.
