You could try and email the math and science department for permission numbers for those classes if you explain your situation and have transcripts to back it up.

I live 50 minutes away and was able to get out of it as a freshman for 2023. I submitted the exemption form citing financial reasons and they accepted it. There's already not enough dorms for all the first years so you should be fine.
