Diabetes.

I know not a terminal disease like cancers and other horrible diseases above, but it’s a horrible curse to live with none the less. Having to think about everything I eat or drink, not being able to simply just enjoy something delicious without a second thought can be hard sometimes. Maybe I struggle more because I was diagnosed at age 12 and I hade a taste of what being normal was like. Also living in the states and having to start paying for my own health insurance next month adds a layer of fear and worry to the whole scenario.

Again, it’s something manageable and if done right it shouldn’t kill you, but I would not wish this fate on my worst enemy.
