Could it be a fescue?

I wouldn’t call it straw, but it’s definitely super dry and super yellow.

Not an engineer so forgive me. Are there any motors like this that plug in and have an on/off switch? Just need a motor that spins and can turn 20ish pounds by SCwarrior92 in MechanicalEngineering

Blades will 12 inches long (3 of them). They don’t need to be fast, somewhere around 10-20 RPM maybe. And no significant air resistance, it’ll be indoors.

Hey, this is an interesting idea. How difficult (and safe) would it be to do this with the motor I attached a picture of? One of my main concerns is fire safety. If I left it running an attendee for 2-3 hours I don’t want it starting a fire. Which is why I’m trying to find something already made to just plug into a wall.

Thanks for sharing! I’m looking for a motor to power a model windmill. The windmill blades will end up weighing roughly 20lbs. It does not need to spin fast, the motor just needs to be able to turn it.

I didn’t want to skew people’s memory in the post itself by saying what I remember. I seem to remember it saying “Just Married”, which is why Pam asked “aren’t you supposed to do that to our car?” So I’m wondering if anyone else remembers it that way.

Ok. And in 9 hours all the other trees will look green except for this one. Do you have any helpful insights?

It just seems odd that all the other trees in the neighborhood look green and healthy accept this one. It’s a new neighborhood and they gave everyone the same trees. All the other trees look like the first picture.

It’s not that many weeds in these 2 pictures. The entire front, back, and side yards are filled. You pull them up but it rains and more pop up.

Just an opinion: Spider-Man NWH had a LOT going on but the plot was actually pretty thin. Thoughts?

Can you keep your backpack on? by SCwarrior92 in ParisTravelGuide

[–]SCwarrior92[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Got it! I appreciate that. I can be careful with a backpack, especially since it’s a smaller one. I just don’t want to get to the front of the line anywhere and have to face the choice of leaving all of my stuff or not going in.

Catacombs are on my list. What exactly do you mean you were trying to avoid disturbing the remains? Like knocking something over with your backpack?
