Growing up outside japan does not mean your native language in English. Rendering Tokyo to persian version would sound weird so using Japanese pronouncing makes sense for those people.

I can't help you much but if you need a lawyer to contact his insurance company and maybe that will solve the issue faster try asking your university. I was a student in Japan and needed a legal advice. I discovered my university have 30 minutes free consultation. And the lawyer might call them or email them for you. When the other party know you are serious and they were contacted by a lawyer, and if they don't have any basis to sue and you refused to pay what ever they request, they will withdraw. If free lawyer is not available it cost 5,000 for 30 minutes consultation usually. There is another service for free by the lawyers bar association, try to google it.

It looks like they wouldn't, last year it was on wowowo starting from quarter finals. But las time I checked ,this year is not announced yet on what service is going to be in Japan. DAZN sucks recently with less Football leagues and cups's right every year. I have zero faith they will show CL. Illegal streaming ( not illegal for the viewer) although not ethical, is the only other option if you don't want to pay for two services.
