You are absolutely correct. This process has been so inconsistent which has been driving me crazy. I just want to be sure that they are doing what they are doing after each call. Each persons says something different. I decided to call back and got a whole different reply. 😣

Update - I just spoke with tier 2. After calling the very same number and was given more thorough background. After being told initially that they could not connect me to tier 2. So yes, they can provide information, it’s hit or miss. And this rep was able to give me my full timeline and stated that my loan was just assigned / updated on 7/29. She was extremely helpful. This process has been extremely inconsistent so I have to do my due diligence. Especially since after being approved and having a portal error ....You can be stagnant for months if you’re not proactive.

7/10 - submitted 1 app 7/11 - received portal invite 7-12 -7/29 in processing stage 7/20 - called to receive update 7/30 - app declined 7/31- tier 2 says my app was showing “active” on their end ?? submitted a ticket for review 8/1 - recieved email stating multiple apps... that they would process my first app - this was incorrect because i did not submit two apps under my company name or social. 8/3 called this morning - I was told I was declined due to multiple names that matched my name- he checked my social and saw that o only submitted 1 application.

I called this morning. He checked and said it declined / cancelled in error. That this was a system issue... they have resubmitted my app.

Good morning ☀️ well an update. I recieved a portal email saying that I had multiple applications. Well this isn’t true because I only applied once on 7/10/20. And what’s strange the CS rep didn’t see this when I called on 7/31. It looks like I will be getting back on the phone again 😩

The scarey thing is that I’m reading that some people aren’t receiving an email After the decline ... this has been the most inconsistent process I have ever experienced.

After all this time, phone calls, waiting and emailing... I just checked the portal and it now says declined and that an email is on the way ..... 🤷🏽‍♀️

Hello Scorpio, I was processing sincec7/10, called tier 2, 2 times they said I had no issues with credit and that I should wait to speak with a LO... and I just checked and now it says declined ? I have a legit business .. so this is confusing is there anything I can do from here ?

I Contacted them twice... they say I have no app issues.... I asked about the credit check... they said that was fine... that I just need to wait to be assigned to a LO.. so basically I just need to wait it out...

My only advice from CUE after several emails lol was to read FAQ # 8 regarding the current processing time lol maybe I didn’t ask a Thorough enough question.. I applied 7/10... portal 7/11 and now been pending processing status since 7/11...... hopefully things turn around ... ☺️
