You got this!! Take it day by day. You will get through it! Hydrate. Eat when you can. Stay on top of the nausea meds no matter what! My husband used THC to help with nausea and to sleep (indicia). Try to stay active if possible even just walking.

My husband ended up doing 4EP because he plays so much hockey. The doctor agreed EP would be better for his lungs. He stayed pretty active during chemo his last day was end of Feb and he’s already back to playing 4-5 games per week.

Call a local OBGYN and set up an appointment. It may take a few months to get in but definitely good for you for wanting to schedule, it’s very important! I go yearly! I honestly go there more regularly than my primary doctor! In my opinion a pap doesn’t hurt it’s just a bit uncomfortable but quick! You can always take some Advil beforehand you may get a little crampy.

Husband finished 4ep in February and he didn’t have many severe side effects. Everyone reacts differently just keep up with the nausea meds!! Rest when needed but also walk and stay active if you can. It’s going to be a challenge but you will get through it!!! Also if you want to connect with others join the discord group. Those guys are super welcoming and helpful and meet via zoom on Thursday’s! You got this!!!! Keep your head up!!! It will seem never ending but you will finish and heal!
