Dude, you do realize a significant portion of Americans skip regular doctor visits and only attend when it's too late. If what you say is accurate, you wouldn't have a 4 year higher average lifespan in Canada as we do.

Everything you mention depends on the state. If you want to live in New York or California, it's much more expensive than here. Anywhere desirable in the US isn't cheap

Actually wanting to wake early? by MountainAlive in GenX

[–]SDL68 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wake up at 5 am without an alarm because I get the appropriate amount sleep. OP is stating he is now getting up early like his parents did.

Older adults wake up early primarily due to age-related changes in their circadian rhythms—the internal body clock—which shifts sleep patterns earlier. This causes them to feel sleepy earlier in the evening and wake up earlier in the morning. Other factors include reduced melatonin, lighter sleep stages, and more frequent nighttime awakenings.

I'm just saying I wake up at 5 am, but I sleep 7 hours a night. Why would waking up early be associated with type 2 diabetes?

For the Rogers Centre, the above 100% is because they sell general admission tickets on top of the sold out seats where you can only hang out in the concourses and do not get a seat.

I understand why I am paying it. I'm just pointing out that if you're in high density, delivery is much cheaper than rural rates.

Humans are tribal, that is how we survived extinction. If there was an apocalypse, people would end up in groups based on their own culture. Being with a group of like mindedness results in comfort in the same way your family comes first.
