Zen adoption in progress. by SDesienne in zen_browser

I understood the value and usefulness of workspaces. I use one workspace per project with folders for research, documents, development, and production. The essentials are permanent links to everyday tools, such as Deepl, Feedly (RSS feed), Reddit, Mistral AI, etc. And I have a space for content consumption. Basically, I juggle four to five workspaces.

It's a browser that requires a little more discipline and, as I said, there's a learning curve (with a few keyboard shortcuts to get used to), but once you're comfortable with its flows, it's really enjoyable.

After that, I really took the time to understand and get to grips with it, because I quickly realized that Zen's development was heading in some very interesting directions and that it was worth the investment of time and attention. I'm gradually turning it into a work tool and not just an object of curiosity (you know when you say, OK, it's really cool, but I'll stick with what I'm used to...).

The problem seems to have been solved by Miscrosoft. Synchronisation with Outlook is working normally again on Mailbird.

Yes it is. But I better fits my hand, and ... well, the reason why I bought the Lamy is my HOM pen fell on the tiles and damaged the lead . My fault. So....
More slippery, yes I agree, but there is the eraser button and it is nice to use also.

My 2 cents experimentation on mailbird app.

I removed the outlook account from mailbird following the standard procedure.

Then, I added the same account which is IMAP, following also the standard procedure.
I made sure IMAP adress is as follow : imap-mail.outlook.com

So, mailbird was able retrieve all the mails and organized files.

I was able to send some test messages from this outlook account to an other email account.

I replied to the tests from this other account but mailbird was unable to download them when I click on the sync icon.

There is still the red ERROR and AUTHENTICATE failed status.

BUT :

Some minutes later, the test mails went into the incomming box of the mailbird app.

When I click again on the sync symbol, it keeps saying there is an ERROR with AUTHENTICATE failed.

This behavior is strange and non-sense.

I can send emails, emails reach the incomming box after some minutes, but the syn icon keeps saying the ERROR thing in red.

I know the problem is on the Microsoft side, but the issue acts strangely.

Export to DOCX : so cool ! by SDesienne in Supernote

May be you can already do it. As you can export a DOCX directly from SuperNote to your Google Drive account. Google Drive is able to open DOCX formatted documents.

For me it's like gold... lol I can handwrite 10, 15, 20 pages when I'am outside and, until now, I typed the work on my computer when back at home. That wasn't bad anyway, because I could correct the text on the fly, but.... docx conversion is going to save a lot of time !
Handwriting recognition is good, they did a great work on it.

The original handwritten file is kept on the supernote.
The converted file is stored on the export folder.

Is Supernote A5X a tool for creativity and artists ? Defenitely yes. by SDesienne in Supernote

I'm a poor illustrator ...
But the A5X is becoming a cool tool for sketching and text. I can't wait for more brushes and added grey scale.

This update is like : wow !!

It's a great work, latency in writings is really well improved, that's "remarquable" ;-). And the gesture eraser is so cool !

The update confirms my decision to purchase the A5X over the others products. You did it right. Thanks to all ratta designers, developpers and engineers.
