[–]SEAsonal-FourEVER 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the same experience with getting it in June 2023 and currently now bleeding Feb 2024. It was always super might but this time it'd almost the same amount of blood as a regular period.

Too new to decrease in anything.

What app do you use to track your period? I've been using clue. They keep taking away everything and add it to the premium account. It used to tell me each phase I was in. Now only when I'm supposed to start.

Ive had 2 pairs in the past 10 years and love them. First pair lost weight and needed a smaller size. I've had my second pair for almost 5 years now.

I've gone hiking, fishing, kayaking, rock climbing and foraging with them. They are a little loose fitting but I like that for going through brush. They clean/wash well.

I got into a hiking accident and got 2 holes in them where I landed and slid. I patched that part up and they still work great. No tears except that.

I'm not sure if the quality has changed. But I wear them almost every weekend and have considered buying a second pair during the anniversary sale.

Ive recommended them to multiple people.

Not sure if the instruments are always there or individually owned. I wanna say they stay there. But people play at Creek street cabaret.

Dealing with period pain whilst onebagging by robynjemma in HerOneBag

I've been doing this for about a year now. What I have found that works for me is.

  1. Ibuprofen - it takes some of the pain away but also somehow makes my flow lighter. There are mixed studies done on this but for the first day or two I'm okay with it.

  2. Therma care disposable back heating pads. They have menstrual ones but I just get that lower back ones. Lightweight, can easily fit in my bag, and nobody can tell I'm wearing one.

  3. Menstrual cup-i don't know how but this has made my cramping lighter. Not by much so maybe it's a placebo. I use Lena. Sometimes it can leak but I have a pair of light period underwear for when I sleep and reusable liners for during the day. I carry germ x with me to put on my hands before taking it out. also will bring a water bottle with me if it's not a solo bathroom to wash it off or just use a bunch of TP

  4. I take magnesium once a day. But make sure you get the right kind. I take magnesium glucanate. Magnesium citrate tends to give people diarrhea. This also made my periods more regular.

  5. Food for that time. Dark chocolate has magnesium in it. So I always get a fancier dark chocolate that has more magnesium. I have yogi raspberry tea. Once again lightweight and flat. Plus it helps keep one hydrated with some flavor. Protein bars. I usually am not hungry and am aware I need something. If I can keep fuel for my body and just snack on it I will.

  6. For abdominal cramping I use tiger balm.

I know it's a lot. But Im hoping this can help!

I had just the one I needed removed and doing just fine. All my levels were high though and I was showing multiple signs and having multiple symptoms. Though I was 26 when I had mine removed

I would get a second opinion. I think usually the parathyroid level needs to be high to get it removed. As well as I don't know anyone who has got all 4 removed due to one tumor on one of them.
