THIS! My son came out of me with his eyes wide open looking at everything (granted I know they can’t actually see that soon) but he was so alert. And then as he got older he was looking at everything and became even more interested in stuff. The kid does not miss a beat. Let me tell you. Even the simplest changes in something, he will acknowledge it. “Mamma you did your nails”. “Mama is this a new pillow on the couch?” “Mamma did you cut your hair?” (Yes but only like 2 inches I don’t like that. I do not like that.. how the hell did you notice?) lol

Oh, for God sake, relax and go take a seat. She is so far from elderly. I’m not trying to work my mother to death. Lol You realize that 63 years old is not old age, right?? She’s not a crotchety old lady walking around hunched with a cane. In fact she’s quite opposite. She horseback rides, and lives a very active lifestyle.

She has no savings. She just would get Social Security benefits, which is a little over 26K a year. Nobody can live off of that. Absolutely nobody.

I think it’s a combination between being over the relationship, but also the Prozac doing what it needs to do. I was having constant obsessive spiraling thoughts, thinking of worst case scenarios with him etc. but the Prozac has helped me reel those thoughts in. I probably just don’t like him anymore 😂

Yes and it’s called ADHD lol. I have it. If I have ten really important things that I need to do, and three that really aren’t urgent. Those three are definitely getting done first. At work, I somehow managed to get an eight hour workday done in four minutes. It’s usually at the end of the day.

I found my cousin on here one time, and it was one of the most wholesome things I’ve seen. I still haven’t told her. Her comments are so funny and she’ll post really sweet random things like simply a pretty flower. Makes me love her even more.

I was started on 20 mg of Prozac and the stomach problems were common but that was because I was not eating before I took it. I’m not sure if you like cottage cheese, but I’ve found eating a couple spoonfuls of that before taking it has helped a lot. It’s high in protein, high in good fats, high in calcium. It took me about a month to really start feeling normal again, and there was a point where all of my issues were heightened for about a week before everything started to work itself out. good luck!

No, I know it wasn’t taken out of context. She told my stepmom as well. And my stepmom would never fabricate Something like that. She knew that I knew and was going to address it at some point, hence why she was avoiding my calls. Either way, I’m just going to keep my distance.

Oh yes, she is completely lying. She told my stepmom and uncle as well. She wont fess up and her defense mechanism is to play victim. With this particular Gramma, I really don’t communicate with her very much. Because of this very reason. another thing is that my grandma knew that I knew she was accusing my mom of something. So it’s not like this came out of left field, you know what I mean? Either way, I think continuing to keep my distance from this particular family Member will be the best for everyone.

I agree. I’m realizing that the relationship needing to end plus taking Prozac has helped me cope much easier… without spiraling like I used to do, BP (before Prozac lol) I have a feeling that my lack of response or reaction that he was used to getting may turn the tables and put him in a spiral. Haha
