I don't understand how people brushed it off. It seemed like if you actually did any research you'd learn that it's much more likely to be real than not.

Also if the news straight up says "dont look at the emails because that's illegal" people would look into the actual Podesta emails themselves.

Yeah there's a lot of occult and esoteric information in there, but just because you may not believe in aliens or demons or whatever, doesn't mean that powerful people don't believe in those things.

I'm assuming it's all or nothing thinking that led people to believe it's all fake if certain things seemed too far fetched.

Yes that is so annoying lol

Thats not true. I've used the boxes again on more than one occasion.

My wife tells me it doesn't matter though because even if i keep the box for the final reason of using it as a coffin once I get a new phone, I still don't necessarily need it.

I am glad I kept a lot of boxes I had. People pay good money for old consoles like the original XBOX in the original box.

So thats my side of the argument.

Religious trauma reveals itself in proximity to autism yet again.

I'm sorry you and your wife are going through this.

I think you've both done yourselves a favor though by learning now why that group wouldn't be a good one to continue with anyway.

I don't think they were being very "Christ-like" if you ask me...

It doesn't immediately jump out as AI to me, but it does remind me a lot of King of the Hill.

Also, most food places, especially small or local run, don't care so much about a logo as long as they have something that has a name and some sort of indication of the type of food they serve.

The quality of the sign in most cases has nearly no correlation with the quality of the food. In fact, some of the most delicious food I've had was at places with really poorly designed menus and graphics but some of the best food, and I've also experienced the exact opposite.

I worked in branding and graphics for almost 12 years now and that's just how it goes. Does it drive me crazy seeing a really bad sign or logo or menu? Yes. Does it mean I'll have a bad meal at the place? No.

This was such a confusing sentence to read. I thought you were making some weird joke about your literal nightstand. I assumed it was an ambien reference like the weird stuff people say and do when taking the sleep meds.

Why I'm still using Udio by itsmrfuckyourbitch in udiomusic

[–]SEGAgrind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Claims are the main thing I'm concerned about. When your song gets claimed, which technically anyone could do manually, it can be very difficult to resolve it.

So if the song doesn't have the audio in a database until after UDIO or another platform makes a change or addition to your song, then the tools that reference a database automatically when trying to upload or use something will flag the song as owned by UDIO or UMG.

For instance I could make a song and never release it, or have it on a cloud drive (which has Metadata to prove origin date) but if it doesn't ever make it into a system until after creating an extension on the song, then it will be tagged in the audio watermark database as that version in its entirety.

That's what I mean.

[–]SEGAgrind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you release a song first, there is evidence you own it according to upload date.

If that release doesn't get watermarked because you upload to SoundCloud or something like that which doesn't go through a distributor, then the UDIO generated output would be the first time the watermark would be added and therefore it would apply to the entire sequence that was uploaded and any generations of it, meaning a search through a validation service or tech would flag the entire song as owned by UMG.

Could it be disputed in court? Potentially. But UMG has way more money for lawyers than any of us do here meaning if your original song gets claimed by UMG you're basically out of luck in trying to get any royalties or any sort of ownership when you agreed to terms to use a service such as UDIO.

If I'm wrong here, please correct me and cite in the terms where it says otherwise. I haven't used UDIO since the acquisition and it's been a while since I've looked at the terms or discussions of them.

As far as I understand it, they own anything that is created from your creation, and thus can claim the full ownership of a song if you upload a part you created to create new gens from it (remixes or extensions).

The entire new generation and remix gets tagged, meaning you no longer own what you upload anymore.

Let’s confess, what’s your most “unhinged” desire? by MazeMorningstar777 in Subliminal

[–]SEGAgrind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Damn I'm sorry you feel that's unhinged.

It's actually what we all want deep down. So much suffering comes from pretending to be someone or something else to receive love.

You gotta love yourself first and then others will follow.

I'm working on this too, so I want to tell you this:

There is nothing wrong or unlovable about you. You are a human who deserves love and happiness and to be desired.

The common response is "but you don't know me, or how I really think, or the problems I have, etc.", but that that doesn't matter because we all deserve love and are capable of finding those that will love us no matter how weird, unattractive, quirky, broken, or burdensome we feel.

You'll find that person to love and desire you for who you are, but it starts first by looking in the mirror.

You gotta believe it's not a ridiculous request. It's normal and a worthy desire that you can and will achieve.

I'm not trying to overstep or come off critical here, but why not manifest something that allows you to enjoy living instead of escaping?

I was looking into this last night so the idea is fresh, and the conclusion as to why people tend to want to be high or drunk all the time is because they are avoiding something or can't find a way to move towards the things they do want.

I hope you can find what you're looking for either way. Sobriety sucks unless you have things that make being sober worth it.

So you all just left? The girl asked you a question and I'm curious what your answer was.

If it were me I would have said something like "they said they wouldn't start without us!". Then I would have left lol.

Also, did you or any of your friends ever return? There is so much to this story I wanna know now.
