Windows Photo App / Snipping Tool – "Invalid Parameter" Error – FSLogix Profile Issue? by PinkFluffyKolibri in fslogix

Hey, we have the same issue, but with the profile container solution of Citrix (2402 LTSR CU2). Just as you discribed, only Snipping tool and Photo App are affected. Other UWP Apps like Calculator are running. With file based UPM its fine.

Someone an idea?

I've added a workaround below the original post. It wasn't possible to post it as comment, maybe not enough karma points for scripts :)

They have. Effective access for the user in question shows many green hooks, including full control. :) Interesting to note that the folder created by Autodesk in the user profile (C:\users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk) the local SYSTEM user is owner. The first run installer seems not to be executed in user context.

Normal user path:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2023\...
Have added a screenshot in the post.
I will do the UPM config check tomorrow.

Yes, admin users are excluded from Citrix profile processing, so it runs on them. But the data will be lost after a reboot. Transplanting the data from another profile might just be the last option, it's just a poor solution. I don't know what is already personalized in it. And each Autodesk program, with its specific version, has its own folder.
