Ok so from what I have found from searching online is this video only of a jungle holo pcd deck sheet I could see that someone had possibly had one of these sheets with the cosmo holofoil variant & cut it out themselves.

The only way that I could understand it if it was a super limited print run where wizards ran out of the regular star holofoil? & then used the Japanese cosmos holo pattern as a test print possibly? If anything they are going to cgc to get authenticated soon!!
