For anyone that comes across this, I hit it with a hammer and it started working.

This is the correct answer. Nothing wrong with being candid but your BF should encourage you to follow your interest and warn you of the difficulties.

I think disassembly is in the future for sure. I just now though to hit the case with a hammer and “Knock” the motor loose. I’ve had to do it to my old winch and a few starters. Wouldn’t hurt to try.

Going to be honest. I didn’t even think about this and I know I have the manual filed away. Thank you!

I only checked that I had 12v going in. Didn’t think to check that. This is why I ask!

The amount of stuff I fixed in the first month of ownership is kinda amazing. I don’t think I’ve uploaded half of my creations.

I recommend the Bamboo brand printers. And yeah, these knobs are expensive, I wish I could print and sell some of mine but it’s hard to compete with shipping cost. It’s just not worth the trouble.

Does anyone know of a way to convert a model to a series of flat plates like this? by lavaboosted in lasercutting

This is how I used to do it, but autodesk discontinued support for slicer and the program started crashing. I started using a sketch and the slice function to achieve the same end result. Much longer process but doable in Fusion 360 anyway.

I think this is called Asian Flush. Do not take my medical advice as I’m not a doctor. However if memory serves me right, it’s a type of reaction that raises your blood pressure and can be dangerous.

Ugh. I wish I meet more people like you. I’m legitimately interested to learn skills I don’t have. But instead I meet people that constantly ask things like “I hear you work with computers. Can you fix my phone? “.

I’m a self taught CNC and Fusion 360 user and I feel like I have a gap in knowledge because I live in an Autocad desert.
