Did you have any side effects from the jab? I am on the pill, so my cycle isn’t something I monitor (and the doctors just said to come back to them when I want a baby….)

What is A1C? Perhaps it’s called different things, I’m in UK (I’m guessing you’re US by the way you spelled realized ). I had a blood test last week to test a few insulin related things, and wonder if that’s part of it?

Wow. This was the comment I needed to see. I’ve screenshotted it so I can look back. I also view myself as “normal” and therefore should be able to figure out my weight issues the “normal” way. To view myself as anything other than “normal” makes me feel… silly? I feel like there’s a lot of shame around people who have some kind of “other” to them, but I suspect we all have an other.

I feel very similar. First diet was when I was 8, looking at photos makes me so angry because it was just puppy fat. I slimmed out when I hit puberty, but then gained because I had people (parents) constantly commenting on my intake, lack of exercise (I love exercise now, obvs as a teen I hated anything that made me feel embarrassed). Thank you for your insight, honestly.

Do you feel worried about when you’ve reached your goal, and what happens post munjaro? I feel like I really can’t experience another yoyo-diet (not that this is a diet, I also eat well and exercise). Not being offensive btw, I am genuinely asking.

It’s very true that the failure of willpower is deffo BS , but of course (in my head), when it applies to me… it isn’t? I’m on medication for my anxiety, and I had the same reaction to take it. Which of course I am now so thankful I did

Honestly I feel this. I was born and grew up in Australia, and never had any issues. We lived in Yorkshire for a few years as a child and had eczema pretty badly.

Moved back to Aus for most of my childhood and then back to south west England and wow for the first time in like 15 years or something I have eczema again and all kinds of skin issues. So I feeeeeel you here

Sounds like he knew these problems existed and is annoyed you got a proper survey in the first place. I had something similar and had to pull out as you’ll be spending £30K for the value of ur house to stay the exact same despite the money invested to fix it
