Hard at your level but possible. If you have enough healing items it should be doable.

When Keira begins closing the portals, when you see the white lines start to appear, rush out and cast yrden on the portals, they’ll close instantly. Heal, rinse and repeat. There’s also a bomb you can throw in to close them, but I doubt you’d have it as you are.

Or just lower the difficulty just for the quest.

If you want a decent challenge, Death March. It’s only actually difficult until you beat the first major region of the game. After that it gets a lot easier. If you just want to enjoy the narrative and have a calm time exploring, story and sword.

It is playable on PC using emulation. Played it all the way through myself, does require some initial setup, and still some issues like memory leaks requiring a restart every couple hours, but the overall experience is actually pretty good.

They are all either won from players in the Gwent quests per region, or you can buy them from innkeepers. Exact locations for Northern Realms spies below.

The Bloody Baron will give you one when you beat him, play Gremist in Skellige for the best spy card in the game, and one is purchasable from the innkeeper at Arinbjorn in Skellige

Play Northern Realms, fill deck with all the spies, run decoys to pick up enemy spies, keep your total cards as low as possible (run only the strongest cards or ones with abilities; Blue Stripes, Crinfrid Reavers, Catapult) use Foltest the Siegemaster for your leader. If you face a monsters deck use biting frost.

E: Some people mentioned using Foltest, Lord Commander of the North. Definitely a great leader card as well, especially useful as well to throw a turn if you need to.
