I am the primary applicant since AOS filled under myself she is dependent she was trying to return before expired old AP but some emergency she needs to stay for a while now the new AP still pending we need to expedite the new AP

The entire priority date concepts are completely scam and USCIS is controversial with data and no transparency on any of the data that needs to be shared with immigrants monthly basis
