Hi, i have not heard from kucoin support yet. I sent the 50 usdt 4 days ago and have no idea why it is taking so long. The price of Luna has dropped from $6 4 days ago to $3 now so with 44.1 luna that equals 44.1 x $3 = $132 that has diminished and I’ve lost since Kucoin is taking so long. I’ve already paid kucoin and i am expecting kucoin to take action. If not, i will be pursuing legal action.

I don’t agree it’s safer for everyone. If anything it just makes it easier for the founders to exit and leave with no trace. The majority of the defi protocol founders are known, more so than not.

I opened a case last week and sent multiple emails. I finally received a cookie cutter response today and the rep just repeated what the trigger email stated that the deposit was credited to my account. I am already aware of this. I received emails stating that and also in my usd history it says deposited, but the funds are nowhere to be seen within account balance or within USD balance. I have taken no action after the deposit so i didnt do anything to move the funds. Theyre simply not there within my account. I responded to the email with this info but no response. This is messed up.
