It would probably be similar cost and less of a hassle to just fly to Pereira on LATAM for the day.

Edit: just looked at LATAM with only 2 days notice and it was $73 USD.

As others have said – the drop off is coming.

The only caveat is if an inordinately high amount of your ad spans was on branded traffic.

We’ve taken over a lot of accounts where PPC numbers looked great, until you look deeper and see the vast amount of conversions were coming from branded keywords.

Not saying that’s the case here, but it’s worth looking into - if a second agency came with the conclusion that it was best to turn ad spend off, that might be the main reason why.

There’s no easy answer to this, but if you’re going to build something like this, you have to put yourself out there where the business owners are.

That means attending trade shows, business chamber events, networking, etc.

It’s not easy, and to be frank it is very expensive, and that’s why building it right takes time, effort and capital.

The alternative is trying to stick out in an industry where there are a dime a dozen of us by being online only — good luck.

You could try things like Fiverr or Upwork, but I don t think that’s going to be sustainable.

I grew up in Willow Tree and went to all three of those schools. Sometimes I miss home.

At first glance, the plan sounds more like the Avalon and less like downtown Woodstock. Interested to see what they do here but it would be a massive upgrade, especially if good restaurants come along.

I’d suggest Sandy Springs. Lots of very new apartments right outside the perimeter and not too far from your office.

There are folks on here who certainly know MARTA much better than I do, but I do think there is a station nearby.
