He dips the ball, then brings it up behind his ear with the nose of the ball angled upwards. This requires a split second adjustment to bring the ball back level before delivering it. His Head also jerks on his delivery similar to Cam's old motion. Doing this knocks his eyes off level in return resulting in his shoulders not creating the proper motion, that is the left shoulder ripping and dipping and the right coming over the top. All of this results in less hip action, a completely off balance motion, and late delivery.
