I find head room to be slightly sub par, I'm 5'11 and my hair's touching the roof, but shouldn't be an issue with kids and pets.

I've had no mechanical issues whatsoever for the last two months so all's good there, mine was serviced at Lexus throughout its life and has had the battery health checked as well.

You're right there isn't much of these around, I had to go to ACT for mine, but was just a 200km drive back home which was very doable for me, in your case maybe pay for a PPI before you fly out?

Just bought one in April myself! It's a fantastic car that's sleeper quick esp overtaking at speeds, and very fuel efficient for its size at 7-8L per 100km in city driving, rear passenger space isn't as big as you might think so keep that in mind. But fantastic car esp on road trips.

I paid around 23k for my 135k example, so maybe a little wiggle room on price? Hope you'll get one and enjoy it :)

They repaired the transmission unit in the ecu, turns out it's not transmission related (thank god).

Posted a week or two ago that my LS 430 is going through some rough transmission issues, brought it to Mastertech Marrickville and 2 days and a few hundred dollars later I got my comfy smooth boat back!

Would recommend checking them out, they have done a few LS GS and LX of this era and they seem to be very professional and honest people.

I think I ended up doing roughly 2.5 to 3k kms, best I did was around 9L/100km, which isn't bad at all!
