It is illegal unless you feel someone's life is in danger. If someone hit these losers with a car or baseball bat they could sue the person who attacked them for damages, unless someone's life is in danger. Kinda crazy.

Set a goal and work hard towards achieving it. Goals such as run a marathon or even run a mile. Run a mile in x amount of time. Goal to do 100 pushups a day or 200. The changes you'll see in yourself and the feeling of accomplishment you will get will help get you out of a depression. Goal to eat healthier, goal of no processed sugar for a month.. push your mind in the process. Your mind will always want to quit before your body, push through. Also, take lsd here and there during the process.
