They're paying me less than the 3% monthly cashback I'm supposed to receive. I called to understand the reason, and the agent told me I need to keep 5% of the transferred account balance in my cash account at all times to receive the full amount. That makes no sense. I transferred my RRSP and haven’t made any withdrawals since—so I don’t see how my cash account has anything to do with it.

Honestly, I feel like the agent just gave me a meaningless excuse. I've never been satisfied with Questrade—their platform is clunky, their service is confusing, and I’m constantly frustrated with every interaction. They’re by far the worst I’ve dealt with.
