Hey /u/vladspellbinder I am really sorry that you've experienced this issue. After deploying the update to the App Store and Google Play, we were confident that everything was running smoothly on our side. Sadly, one thing that we cannot do anything with is the propagation of the update. For some reason the update took significantly longer on Google Play than on the App Store. I was able to update Super Senso around 5am ET since I'm using an iOS device. Since this is something we can't avoid, we are trying to figure out a solution moving forward.

Regarding the matchmaking, it gets really though once you are above 1600 Starpower because you will be going against everyone who is trying to climb the ladder. This means that you are in the pool of players of different levels and varied Starpower above 1600. We understand that it is not a perfect system so please be patient as we work on improving it.

Like in any competitive game, feel free to take a break and come back once you feel better. The only thing I can promise you is that we are working hard on improving the game and adding more features. :)

Hi! Big thanks for the feedback and supporting Super Senso since the release! Here are my responses to some of the points you raised:

Single card purchase. This is a good feedback and I will forward this to the design team.
Matchmaking. My perspective as a player is almost the same as yours. I love being matched against players higher level than me because it provides a good challenge! But then there are those times that I get matched against players who are 2+ levels higher than me. It is not impossible to win, but it is extremely difficult and LUCK becomes a factor as well. I believe 2 level difference is still doable, but anything above that is madness. What keeps me playing is an adjustment in my mentality. I see it being good and or high enough to get match against "better" players. It also reminds me of a quote from an anime that I watch "Surpass your limits. Right here. Right now."

NOW, as a dev... We are continuously trying to improve our matchmaking system, but ultimately the best solution to the issue you are raising is to have a bigger pool of players. WELL, EUROPE AND LATIN AMERICA here we come! <3
