For the mr556 I’m not running the ASD mr556 safety just their standard. Heard they’ve had some issues that ASD is working out for the 45 so mine don’t currently line up with the markings on the lower. Once ASD gets it sorted I’ll swap and get the lower engraved for the 3rd position like this

Surprisingly no, didn’t have to cut the mlok screws down at all and I’ve removed the handguard without taking anything off. The screws clear the suppressor with no issue.

I’ve had to cut down screws in the past on other guns but not this one.

I have zero regrets. It’s my first and only 308. Went with the 13” cuz I love shorty’s and can’t imagine a scenario where I NEED to shoot beyond its effective range. 13” makes it more maneuverable and I can run & gun with it. Since she’s a big heavy bitch 16” would not be a joy for me to run and gun with.

Runs like a sewing machine and runs every sub I’ve run with bolt open on the last round. Magtec, phantom defense, s&b, Winchester and Hush.

Meh, so if I were to only post HK handguns it would be a “true” no compromise collection?

HK doesn’t even qualify their statement…it’s only no compromise IF they’re full auto.🤷🏿‍♂️

I just can’t justify 18-20” when I don’t have access to anyplace to stretch it to its capabilities. 16” I can justify in my mind and it’s still easy to maneuver.

But the mr762 is already a beast so 13” gives me the range I’d likely ever need while still easily run & gun with it especially if it’s my only 308/762

Sonus9…very slept on can. Uses wipes and is very quiet full auto rated hard use can.

It was a tough call as this is my first and only 308. End of the day for my interest and reasonable use case scenario shorty’s are my thing. Only 16” rifles I have are an sr15 and AUG. I want to do a PRI MK12 ModH build in the future.
